What we do:
-
Most pain and dysfunction isn't random. It stems from muscular imbalances, postural issues, and soft tissue problems that build up over time. Corrective massage targets the root cause rather than just the symptoms, combining deep tissue work, myofascial release, and targeted stretching to restore proper movement patterns and lasting relief. Every session is fully individualized to your body and your goals.
-
Sports massage is built around the specific demands that training and competition place on the body. Whether you're preparing for an event, recovering from one, or managing the wear and tear of an active lifestyle, sports massage uses targeted techniques to reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and accelerate recovery. It's more focused and clinical than a traditional relaxation massage, and is effective for both competitive athletes and anyone who trains regularly.
-
Stretching on your own only goes so far. Assisted stretching allows your therapist to take each muscle through a fuller range of motion than you can typically achieve independently, using techniques drawn from PNF stretching and active release to improve flexibility, reduce tension, and restore mobility. It works well as a standalone session or combined with massage for a more comprehensive treatment. Particularly effective for clients dealing with chronic tightness, limited range of motion, or recurring injury patterns.
-
IASTM uses specialized tools to target restricted muscles and soft tissue with a level of precision that hands alone can't achieve. At reGen, this includes muscle scraping (the same technique used in Graston and gua sha), cupping therapy, and kinesiotaping. These methods are particularly effective at breaking up scar tissue, reducing chronic tension, and restoring mobility quickly. IASTM is integrated into sessions at no additional charge, so just let your therapist know you'd like it.

Pregnancy puts significant demand on the body, and prenatal massage is one of the most effective ways to manage the discomfort that comes with it. Our therapists use positioning and techniques specifically designed for expectant mothers to safely relieve back pain, hip tightness, swelling, and stress. Beyond physical relief, prenatal massage supports better sleep, improved circulation, and overall wellbeing throughout pregnancy. As always, we recommend clearing any bodywork with your OB or midwife beforehand.
